Baby Yoga (3 – 18 months)
Our Baby Yoga class will offer a mixture of movement & relaxation. You will support your little one to follow some gentle yoga moves which will allow them to reach out, stretch and explore their limbs. The class will also include relaxation time, to encourage them to relax, be quiet, and be still. The range of experiences can help your baby on both a physical and emotional level.
Tots Yoga (18 months – 4 years)
With a similar structure to baby yoga, Toddler Yoga is taught at a slightly faster pace to keep them engaged and stimulated. Children are encouraged to copy poses independently to develop independence and self-confidence. Parents are welcome to stay for the class, but also have the option to leave toddlers in class and grab a drink whilst waiting as this can help the child gain more from the class by boosting their communication skills, keeping them focused on the activity and interacting with other children of a similar age.
Sports Fun (18 months – 4 years)
Sports Fun takes place on our football pitches and is a fun-filled, fast-paced, energy burning class where children can learn a combination of skills including coordination, organisation, communication, and teamwork through a variety of sporting activities.
Baby Rhythm & Song (3 – 18 months)
A fun and lively class packed based around nursery rhymes with lots of musical instruments and clapping to the beat. The class will help to build your little one’s sense of rhythm and rhyme to build the foundations for later language development.
Tots Rhythm & Song (18 months – 4 years)
Tots Rhythm & Song is centred around exploring, recognising, and replicating rhythm. Activities will include selecting instruments to play along to the rhythm of the music as well as copying a given rhythm. Song time will play a big part in class and children will be encouraged to move around the room whilst singing and clapping. The classes aid in language and muscle development as well as hand eye coordination, eye-tracking and balance. Parents are welcome to stay for the class, but also have the option to leave toddlers in class and grab a drink whilst waiting as this can help the child gain more from the class by boosting their communication skills, keeping them focused on the activity and interacting with other children of a similar age.
Baby Lights, Sounds & Songs (3 – 18 months)
Hosted in our View Deck with its eye catching and captivating rainbow lighting, this lively, music based class uses various sensory toys to stimulate babies’ senses and develop physical and social skills whilst building a love of music through upbeat songs and nursery rhymes.
Tots Tap & Ballet (2–4 years)*
A combined class to teach the basics of both dance styles.
Ballet is a beautiful way for your child to learn flexibility, poise, discipline, and grace in a fun environment. Children will learn the basics of ballet, such as pointing, bending, turning, skipping, hopping, jumping and creating beautiful arms to fun songs.
Tap is an enjoyable way for children to coordinate music with movements and dance. Children will learn the basics of tap dance whilst making lots of noise both with their feet and through rhythmic clapping.
*This class is for your child to enjoy with their fellow classmates and coach, and we therefore ask that parents are not in the room for sessions. We know that at this age it can be quite daunting for both you and them to leave them, so your coach will greet you at the start of every session to welcome your child and answer any questions you may have, and if they have a little wobble during the session, a member of the team will bring your little one straight to you. Every fifth class is an open class and is run in the same way as regular weekly classes, so you will get to see what the little ones have been doing during the previous sessions (although we’re sure they will have been showing off their new moves at home already!)
