Our daily After School Activities are for boys and girls aged 5-11. They are run by our highly-qualified coaching staff and are a brilliant mix of coaching and free-play fun!
Groups are split by age and ability to make sure everybody has great fun while keeping active and learning new skills!
Each day will have a different sport, giving children the chance to try a sport they haven’t played before.
Sessions run 4-5pm with an option to drop off from 3:30pm for free play prior to session (excluding Climbing Club which is 4-5pm).

Football – Develop skills, practice tricks and flicks and play in small-sided games and activities to work on those fancy feet.
Athletics – Develop all the skills needed to be an amazing athlete – including both long- and short-distance running, high jumps, long jumps and throwing techniques – all ending with a mini-Olympics! This fun session helps to develop fundamental movement skills.
This Girl Can! – At Activity for All, we want to engage young people from all backgrounds to engage in physical activity and sport. With recent studies showing that young girls have less opportunities and are less engaged with sporting activities – we want to try and address that through our This Girl Can scheme! Each week features a different sport that girls may find it difficult to break into – such as cricket, tag rugby, tri-golf and many more. All led by one of our amazing coaching team, we aim to leave all girls who attend with a huge smile on their face and a positive outlook on their future active lives
Multi-Skills– Our Multi-Skills sessions are exciting, engaging opportunities for children of all ages to develop a wide range of key skills. Being able to move, communicate and think about what you’re doing while playing is crucial in every sport. We can say that a multi-skilled player is someone who can think about where to move, when to move, how to move or to communicate during an activity. Your children will develop all of these vital skills whilst playing a huge range of energetic games designed to keep children moving and smiling.
Dodgeball – Have an amazing time playing various versions of this popular sport, with competitions, challenges and much more. It is a fast-paced and energetic game which has players ducking, diving and dodging their way around the court to avoid the being hit by the opposing team’s ball!
Climbing Club – The weekly, instructed sessions on our Ape Antics Climbing Walls & Aerial Adventures High Ropes course will teach children the fundamentals of climbing through a series of engaging activities and challenges, with some friendly competition too!
