This laid-back yoga class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or who are looking for a gentle practice and is a lovely sociable class. Block bookings receive one-week free as well as a free hot drink and cake or toast after each class.

Walking Football
Wednesday 10:00-11:00am

Walking Football is a gentle way to stay active through a non-contact sport and a great way to meet new people too! We want to enhance the social side of the sport, so we’re including a free hot drink to enjoy in our Sports Lounge at the end of each session.

With no running allowed, walking football is naturally slower and more relaxed than traditional football so there is less chance of pain or injury. So whether your more active footballing days are behind you but you still crave your fix of the sport you love, or if you’re recovering from an injury and need to take it easy, why not come along and try it out?
